The community is made up from each individual who has an idea, or a design it wishes to bring to life.

The development process can start form an idea of one of the community members, or from a project developed by the company, in both cases, the decision to continue In the development stage our will be voted together by our professional stuff and the community.

Once a decision is made to go on with an idea, or a design, we will continue with the development and production in our facilities.

After production we manage the sales of the product – every contribution to the development of the product is rewarded by a percentage of the products sells.
